
Our Mission To teach as many children as possible the basics of proper exercise, nutrition, and related health issues. To establish patterns and a positive attitude at an early age that will be the foundation for a continuing physical conditioning program and good health. To prepare children for participation in physical education and athletic programs. To provide parents, caregivers, and educators of young children with current information concerning proper exercise and nutrition, and other related issues, in an effort to encourage each family to participate together in a fitness program. Program Highlights 30-minutes of continuous, fun exercise - safe and effective exercises designed for younger or older children. Action-packed, non-stop fitness class where every child is the focus – no waiting in line! Skill-specific equipment used in every class for every child. Exercise emphasizing large muscle groups, motor skills, coordination, balance, resistance, flexibility and aerobic activity. Structured work-outs & activities that help create spatial awareness, rhythm and social development. Physical conditioning that prepares kids for skilled activities necessary for competitive and team sports. Age-appropriate lesson plans on important topics such as exercise, health, nutrition, safety and hygiene and monthly newsletters for parents. Classes starting at 15 months and can go all the way up to 10! Our well-trained and certified coaches come to your facility – no traveling, no leaving the building! |
